Day-delegate rates

Bronze, silver and gold options are available, according to your budget and catering requirements - Click to download day-delegate menus. 

A minimum booking requirement of 30 delegates applies and, where final numbers exceed 50, a discounted rate is charged for additional delegates, as indicated below. Please note that prices are reviewed annually in April.

Each Day Delegate rate includes the following elements:

  • Morning tea/coffee and biscuits, with free refills
  • 2-course buffet luncheon with tea/coffee service
  • Afternoon tea/coffee and biscuits, with free refills
  • Conference room hire for the day (usually 9.00am to 5.00pm)
  • Use of microphones (one free-standing, two lapel) and the PA System
  • Jugs of iced water and mints
  • Use of a large screen and one flip chart
  • Broadband access (prior notice is required)

 

Special dietary requirements can usually be catered for, provided that prior notice is given.  Please note, however, that we are unable to guarantee food will not contain traces of nuts or other allergens

Prices are reviewed annually in April and are exclusive of VAT at the prevailing rate
