10/06/11: Tenant Grows in Park
On behalf of Peter, Marion and myself I would like to thank you and all of your contractors for all of the hard work, co-operation, flexibility and understanding that has enabled PFPR Communications to relocate within schedule to the superb new facility at The Drying Loft.
It is clear how much we enjoy being based at Turkey Mill from our history since 2000 - beginning with just the three of us at 11 James Whatman Court and taking in regular expansion into 11 Holllingworth Court then 7 James Whatman Court plus the later addition of 6 James Whatman Court. We've finally achieved our perfect "home" for the business - a large open-plan office which combines style and character with practicality and optimum space in idyllic surroundings. We must congratulate you all on the work that has been carried out to create this wonderful, high-quality facility.
We would also like to thank you for agreeing to the surrender of our previous lease in order to be able to commit to a new long lease within Turkey Mill. We feel that the mutual benefits which were discussed at the outset have been achieved - we have the office that exactly meets our needs and you have the continuing commitment from a long-standing and expanding tenant.
We are extremely proud of our office and pleased to have such an excellent relationship with our landlords so would be pleased for any of the above to be used as a testimonial. We would also be pleased to allow prospective tenants you may be trying to bring to Turkey Mill to view our office in order to see what is possible.
